1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllotBox Collect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AllotBox Collect is a monthly payment tracking tool that allows treasurers, property owners, and service providers to manage and track recurring payments from their members. The Service includes features such as member management, payment recording, UPI screenshot auto-tracking via Telegram bot, and report generation.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
One account corresponds to one circle (group of members) in the current version.

4. Free Trial & Pricing

New users receive a free trial for the first 3 months with full access to all features.
After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Pricing plans are based on the number of members in your circle: Small (up to 50) at ₹99/month, Medium (up to 200) at ₹199/month, and Large (up to 500) at ₹499/month.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload false or misleading payment information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or members
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except the designated Telegram bot integration)

6. Data Accuracy

While AllotBox Collect uses automated processing to extract payment information from UPI screenshots, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of auto-extracted payment data and correcting any errors.

7. Intellectual Property

AllotBox Collect, including its logo, design, and code, is the intellectual property of AllotBox. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

AllotBox Collect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
