Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

AllotBox Collect offers a free trial for the first 3 months. No payment information is collected during the trial period. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will simply be deactivated — no charges will apply.

2. Subscription Payments

After the free trial, subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, after which it will be permanently deleted.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first paid subscription: Full refund if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
  • Service downtime: If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours in a billing cycle, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately for a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Partial month usage — subscriptions are not refunded on a pro-rata basis for partial usage (except as noted above).
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date (for first subscription refunds).

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@allotbox.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
